Discovery is not accidental; it is labor. We operate from our hub in Düsseldorf, cross-referencing SteamDB and itch.io logs to find gems that lacked the PR push required to clear the algorithmic noise floor.

We bypass "New & Trending" entirely. Our curators look for titles in the "All New Releases" tab, specifically searching from page 50 backwards. This allows us to observe games that have zero initial marketing spend but possess a technical stability that asset-flips usually lack.
Signal Ratios
A core metric is the ratio of positive reviews to total player count. A game with twenty positive reviews and almost no churn suggests a tiny but deeply engaged audience—the primary indicator of a hidden gem worth investigative playtesting.
